Purchasing Snowball Ranch American Wagyu Beef

We can sell as a whole, half or quarter.   A whole beef will be approximately 350 pounds of finished beef in your freezer, a half is approximately 175 pounds and a quarter is approximately 90+ pounds of beef.   Frozen meat is very compact and as a general guide, a quarter of beef will easily fit in a 7 cu. ft freezer with room to spare.   For more details regarding the cuts of meat per quarter, please click here.
