About Our Beef
Snowball beef are American Wagyu resulting in meat that is deliciously marbled with fat and an unparalleled and superior taste.
Our beef is raised organically on a certified organic ranch in central Nevada. Our grass-fed and finished cattle are humanely raised from birth to maturity, strictly grass-fed and finished and allowed to roam freely without the use of any hormones, antibiotics or food additives. No shots EVER.

Testimonials
